UPM INCIDENT, DEMONSTRATION FOR NOTHING.

24/02/2011

the best example to show how demonstration among students towards university administrator bring nothing just destruction and misery to others. it is believe that the PRO-M resemble for students politic entity try to show that they are innocent after a lot of their candidate or MPP's has been disqualified by UPM administrator in campus general election.
its seems they are brave enough to show how innocent they are by making such a troublesome to UPM. now, the problem has become worst after so many destruction happen. in this situation, we can see how students thinking process is still not reach the level of educated student. follow by their anger, they dare to do anything stupid just for some problems that can be solve in other way. for us, this action is very shameful and must not be follow by us, student.

perhaps, you want to see some video that show how this demonstration happen.

Why???

The revolution of universities student browse by a student in UM and UITM. The students become more angry after the AUKU enactment was designed. This AUKU enactment occur to prevent the student from the demonstration and just intent that they will just stay in the classroom and study. However, why did they demonstrate even they do not allowed to do that?

There are various reasons why this demonstrations happen.

Negative reasons:
  • The main reasons is to express their dissaticfation or to voice up their rights. For example, the phenomena which occured in London when the country's college students have been doing demonstrations to pressure the goverment which want to raise the university fees in the country.

  • Because of the feeling that they have been cheated and oppressed. This can be seen after the election on the campus. There are many universities who are involved in this phenomena. For example, in the UKM on the faculty of engineering and architecture because of the alleged inaccuracies. According to the sources, the calculation and the results that are annouced differently at all.

Positive reasons:

  • However, there is a demonstration of the positive policies. Therefore, the demonstration should conducted in the line of the postive elements. For examples, the issue of The burning of Al-Quran that want to be done by a priest in the west. In this aspect, the student has the rights to protest but the demonstration must be in controlled.

  • To disseminate the ideology of a brochure or issue that a rise. The ideology is meant to boycott the goods from Israel. The feeling sorry for the peoplein Gaza who have been oppressed by Israel in the war has caused students to have a sense of responsibility to boycott the goods.
